While the project was located in a very prestigious, fashion and art district with restrictive construction hours and conditions, Zia assessed the conditions and took on the challenge. After counseling the client and receiving their approval, Zia suggested and subsequently enlisted the professional services of a private provider or 3rd party inspection service. Not only was the project completed prior to the looming Art Basel/Design Miami events, but it was delivered in eighteen (18) days in a condition suitable to host a YSL (Yves Saint Laurent) Party for Martha Stewart and ninety-nine super VIP guests. This project is a great example of Zia’s exceptional inspection record and ability to thrive within a streamlined project delivery system.
